Our Executive Head Chef Stephen Hooper and his team have a proudly traditional style but have many modern fusions within each menu. Our ingredients are sourced locally and include fresh herbs from our very own Rooftop Herb Garden. As proud members of Good Food Ireland we aspire to create an authentic Irish dining experience. Quality meats, poultry and seafood are all abundant in the area and this is reflected in simple cooking that showcases the ingredients themselves.

Bianconi Restaurant

Our Bianconi Restaurant is a lovely period room, classically set up with pristine cream linen and old fashioned ambience. In the Bianconi Room are two annexes one which can cater for up to 20 guests and another for up to 32 guests.

Parnell Room

The Parnell Room is a beautiful private room overlooking the River Suir on the 1st floor which can cater for up to 40 guests.

Tapestry Room

The Tapestry Room is the main function room for the hotel and can cater for up to 200 guests. The walls are laced with historic tapestries and the ceilings are decoarted with Waterford Crystal chandeliers. It is the perfect backdrop for a large celebration whether it be a birthday, christening or even a Christmas party.
