Dunmore East Adventure Centre

Dunmore East Adventure Centre offer unique experiences for individuals and groups that you won't find anywhere else. Here you can enjoy activities such as sea safair, aquapark, kayaking, sailing, archery, caving and more! 

Copper Coast

The Copper Coast is a UNESCO Global Geopark along Waterford coastline for 25km between Tramore and Dungarven. he Copper Coast Drive embraces the panoramic seascapes, cliffs, bays and coves between Dungarvan and the major seaside resort of Tramore as well as more intimate Seaside Resorts with Blue Flag Beaches, Clonea and Bunmahon. The area has a wealth of beautiful yet “undiscovered” secluded coves and beaches, each with a story to tell. 

Comeragh Mountains

The Comeragh Mountains is a mountain range which stretches from Dungarven to Clonmel. The comeragh driving and walking routes offer out of this world views so is very popular for climbers and hikers. Some of the sites to be seen include Mahon Falls and the Coumshigaun Lake.

Golf

There are over ten golf courses within a 30-minute drive from the Granville Hotel. These include Waterford Golf Club, Tramore Golf club and Williamstown Golf Club. It also includes the PGA Golf Course at Mount Juliet in Kilkenny. 

Gardens

Waterford has an abundance of beautiful gardens to explore. These include Mount Congreve, the Lafcadio Hearne Japanese Gardens and the Lismore Castle gardens. 

Please note that Mount Congreve is currently closed for renovations and they play to fully reopen in Spring 2023.
