Our 2025 analysis shows a mean gender pay gap of 15.3% and a median pay gap of 7.5%. These figures are driven primarily by the distribution of male and female employees across different roles, contract types, and pay bands, rather than unequal pay for equal work.

We recognise that more women are currently represented in lower pay quartiles and in part-time roles, which influences the overall gap.
