Food & Beverage Supervisor

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 
~ To promote in-house sales.
~ To have very good knowledge of the Menus, Beverages and any special offers available at the time.
~ Preparation for Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner service, adhering to cleaning schedules and mise-en-place standards.
~ Take and confirm individual & event bookings; prepare all event sheets and communication of all events in the agreed timely manner.
~ To maintain a presence in the room during service. Ensure that all customers receive polite and courteous attention.
~ To deal with customer queries / complaints and ensuring conversion of enquiries.
~ To ensure the highest standards of service are maintained by all staff at all times.
~ In the absence of bar/restaurant manager to be responsible for all bar and restaurant staff and to oversee staff scheduling, induction and training.

Carvery Assistant

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 
~ Prepare Carvery area for service each day
~ Ensure smooth service at all times
~ Ensure portion sizes are adhered to
~ To maintain high standards of presentation of food
~ To assist in ensuring Carvery is always stocked, fresh and appealing
~ To adhere to HACCP requirements
~ Assist in all areas of Carvery food service
~ Assist Kitchen team whilst on shift as required

Housekeeping Assistant

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 
~ Preparing themselves for each shift by ensuring that they are aware of all information available and taking part in department meetings and training.
~ Ensuring Service Standards set by the Executive Housekeeper are being delivered consistently.
~ Handle any guests’ problems or complaints in an understanding and hospitable manner.
~ Meet and greet the guest with a smile ensuring that assistance is being offered at all times.
 
We are looking for a person with:
- Good communication skills, good level of English
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional Customer and Personal Service Standards
