Neven's Greenway Food Trails

As seen on TV!

In February 2023 we featured in Neven's Greenway Food Trails on RTÉ ONE. Neven Magure joined us after a cycle on the Greenway for some dinner and our Second Chef, Christopher Fitzmaurice, showed him how we prepare our Braised Waterford Lamb Shank dish. This dish is a customer favourite and Neven could certainly understand why!

We are members of Taste Waterford which means Waterford producers have backed us when we say we use ingredients supplied as locally as possible. This plays a huge part in the Granville Hotel Food Story.
