All work and no play? No way! There are just some things that you can't miss while you're in Waterford - even if you're here for work. There are an abundance of activities suitable for any size group. These are some of our favourites:
The Sea Gardener
We have never met somebody as passionate about seaweed! Marie is passionate about foraging seaweed, cooking with it, sustainability using is and sharing her experience and knowledge. If you're looking for an experience that you won't forget then bring your wellies and head for the rocky Copper Coast with the Sea Gardener.
Waterford Greenway
The Waterford Greenway is a 46 kilometre walking and cycling trial between Waterford and Dungarven. Enjoy a journey across 11 bridges, three viaducts and through a tunnel all along the River Suir before hitting the UNESCO Copper Coast with a stunning backdrop of the Comerage Mountains. If this sounds like the perfect activity for you or your group then ask us about including bike rental in your package.
Mount Congreve House & Gardens
This recently opened attraction is home to one of the largest collections of plant in the world. Immerse yourself in nature and take a guided walk through this 70 acre woodland with 16 kilometres of walkways. There are also events and workshops throughout the year that are perfect for individuals or small groups. Some Christmas ones coming up include Christmas Wreath Making, Festive Calligraphy Workshop and more!
